Job Title: Landscaper

Reports To: Field Manager Job Type: Seasonal or Full Time; Primarily weekdays, however some weekends due to weather or demand may be required. FLSA: Non-Exempt Wage: $20+ per hour DOE Job Summary: As a Landscaper you will be a part of our team providing quality landscape services for our valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring Manny’s Standards are met in all areas of landscaping.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others. The employee must have dexterity of hands to perform the tasks required of this position and sight in order to be aware of hazards and dangers found in the nature of work. The employee will regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to climb ladders of varying heights. Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects up to 100 lbs.

Lifting Requirements:

Heavy work – Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for medium work.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
