Mandy’s Spring Nursery is a cornerstone of horticulture in Upstate New York. For decades, we’ve provided expert design services, high-quality plant material, and trusted support for home gardeners and landscape professionals alike. Whether working on a full-scale master plan or helping a neighbor pick the right shrub, we believe great gardens grow from expertise, creativity, and relationships.

We’re now seeking a part-time landscape designer who can bring their knowledge to both our nursery and the community, serving customers on-site, supporting local outreach, and occasionally representing us at our retail store fronts, markets or events through our Canopy partnership.

Role Overview

You’ll assist with small-scale landscape design consultations and help connect people to great plants and beautiful ideas. One day you might be sketching out a pollinator border at the nursery; the next, you might be sharing plant pairings or design inspiration at a farmers market booth. This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, knows their way around a garden layout, and enjoys talking shop with fellow enthusiasts.
