Landscape and Outside Maintenance

We are seeking FULL TIME applicants for outside Landscaping and outside Cleaning/Maintenance Work. Individuals applying for this position must have references, must have a clean and professional appearance, must be able to work during the week as well as weekends, and a flexible schedule. This position's shifts will primarily be 2PM-10PM

Pay rate $20-22 per hour

Circulate through assigned work zone with cart, tools, and vehicle.

Also, duties may require:

- Removing litter, cigarette butts, and other debris on the sidewalks, street gutter, and alleys

- Remove graffiti and posters from light posts, trash cans, news boxes and other infrastructure

- While patrolling, be watchful for undesirable behavior and/or criminal activity; and report to Law Enforcement. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other similar identifiers

- While on patrol, be willing to go out of the way to actively acknowledge pedestrians with a friendly greeting or identify visitors, in order to provide directions, information, city information or recommendations.

- Must be able to provide written reports of broken infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and provide a basic daily report of accomplishments and tasks completed

- Must maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and overall company standards of expected professionalism

- Must have the physical capacity to walk continuously during an eight hour shift, with normal breaks

- Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions with provided inclement weather gear

- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language, in order to create basic reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
