Landscape Laborer

Key Responsibilities

- Perform grounds maintenance duties—including mowing, trimming, edging, bed care, and general cleanup—throughout warmer seasons.

- Conduct snow removal operations during winter months (e.g., shoveling, plowing, de-icing walkways, using snow blowers, ensuring safe pedestrian access).

- Operate and maintain grounds equipment and tools responsibly.

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in all outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, cold, snow).

Requirements

- Ability to pass a background check for base entry.

- Must pass a drug screening prior to employment.

- Physical capability to carry and use grounds or snow removal equipment throughout the workday—even under extreme weather conditions.

- U.S. citizenship required (for security clearance purposes).

- A valid driver’s license
