AES is seeking a Labor Compliance Analyst for US Renewables to assist the Labor Compliance Manager in coordinating our efforts around project compliance with Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship regulations. This position will be based remotely or in one of our US-based offices, reporting to the Labor Compliance Manager, and will focus on DG and utility-scale solar, battery storage, and wind projects.

Work may be occasionally performed in an office environment or in the field. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel as needed.
