PSE is looking for a Labor Relations Advisor to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of policies and programs covering labor relations. This role will have an opportunity to provide assistance cross-organizationally to facilitate labor management meetings, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, resolving grievances, and assisting employees and management on labor matters. The ideal candidate will also perform a variety of job functions to facilitate delivery of labor relations programs and activities. The Labor Relations Advisor will also coordinate activity with internal and external legal counsel as required.

Success in this role requires high attention to detail, proactive communication, teamwork and ownership. This is a fast-paced environment, therefore organization; creativity, curiosity and a strategic mindset will also be keys to success.

The pay range for this position is $91,100.00 - $151,600.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
