Summary

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at RDT, Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account management. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional tubular solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key OCTG accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

•

Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

•

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.

•

Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on account performance.

•

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

•

Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

•

Bachelor’s Degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of experience in a business environment with focus on OCTG.

•

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.

•

Strong business development skills with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.

•

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.

•

Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively.

•

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
