General Description:
LOCAL ONSITE POSITION, NOT REMOTE BASED.
The Document Control/Buyer is responsible for day to day administrative and purchasing duties.
This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. CCI Industrial Services leads the industry in Safety, Innovation, and Excellence. CCI's mission is to provide quality-driven, cost-effective construction, maintenance, industrial cleaning, power generation, and transportation services to support resource development companies.

•Ensure a safe work environment.
•General areas of responsibility include:
•All data entry and reporting related to the functions of personnel time keeping
•Development of material requests
•Entry and processing of purchase requisitions
•Tracking material receipts
•Equipment rental activities
•Ad Hoc report development
•Data entry of all time keeping information including employee information, hours, charge codes and other related information.
•Weekly entry of CCI materials information related to contract billable information.
•Generate and track CCI equipment rental information and other 3rd party rental equipment related contract billable information for client.
•Assists project supervisor reporting daily, weekly and month end Summary of Costs for client.
•Assist with the development of client RFP's as directed
•Typing, filing, telephone reception, and other general and specific office duties as assigned.
•This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
•Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
•Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
•Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
•Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (access, excel, project, word and outlook).
•Ability to learn and become proficient with CCI's financial systems

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Two or more years related experience.
•A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year College or university is preferred
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee's ability to perform to the job standard. •MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 20 pounds for 20 feet.
•HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
•VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
•LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 20 pounds from floor to waist, 20 pounds from wait level to shoulder height and carry 20 pounds for 20 feet.
•RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre- hire/post offer FCE.
