The Paralegal will support attorneys and senior counsel in research, documentation, and administrative legal tasks across the U.S.-focused practice areas in capital markets, corporate, M&A, finance, intellectual property, project finance, real estate, compliance, and technology.
- Conduct legal research and summarize statutes and case law.
- Assist with drafting and organizing legal documents.
- Support due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- 1–3 years
of paralegal experience in a U.S. law firm.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
