We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Job File Coordinator to assist with the organization of projects along with the customer service provided to the customers and clients. The perfect candidate for the role is someone that is self-motivated and enjoys the challenges of a forever evolving industry.
Responsibilities
•Maintain internal and external communication
•New Lead intake during business hours
•Maintain Master Job Files
•Lead Division Job Tracking
•Notice sent to the state for lead work
•Tracking employee and company certifications
•Lead job binders including warranty information
•Tracking TPA’s and their SLA’s
•File Uploads done under management of the Claims Admin
•Assist Claim Admin is maintaining Dash
•Assist in Account Receivable collections and tracking
•Office Administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
•Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
•Prior clerical and administrative experience
•Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
•Organizational skills with attention to detail
•Experience with data entry and filing
•Familiarity with and multi-line phone systems
•Ability to manage calendars and support office operations
