Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Delivery professional to join our team at Levine & Sons. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
•
Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces, including floor care and buffing.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
•
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including industrial cleaning and porter duties.
•
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages promptly.
Qualifications
•
Proven janitorial and custodial experience in commercial settings
•
Strong cleaning skills, including floor care and buffing techniques
•
Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance
•
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients
•
Experience in residential painting and porter duties is a plus
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
