Job Description
Manage custodial activities of designated accounts and provide superior customer service. Function as first-line manager, provide direction to a varied subordinate staff.
Responsibilities:
•Support regional and general manager by implementing company policies, rules and controls, company procedures.
•Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of staff
•Check and make sure all duties and maintenance of every building is completed properly and safely.
•Conduct customer visits to ensure customer needs are being met
•Evaluate and verify employees' performance through the yearly scheduled reviews
•Identify staff development and training needs and follow through with necessary training
•Ensure subcontractor labor relations and employment conditions are maintained
•Maintain accurate records; prepare reports as requested
•Conduct inspections and investigate customer complaints of the building to check for cleanliness
•Handle all issues, fix problems timely
•Determine materials, supplies and equipment needs and order
Requirements:
Full-time, salaried position

Experience:
•2 years experience as manager in service-related field a plus
•1 year supervisory experience helpful
•Previous customer service expertise in building and facility management or related field helpful
•Ability to "go with the flow" and build and maintain relationships a plus!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
