Position: IT Support Technician

Position Description

Provides first-line support for IT issues and assists with maintaining the organization's network and server infrastructure.

High school graduate or GED and at least X years of SPECIFIC BACKGROUND work experience in XXXXXX.

Bachelors/Associates degree in SPECIFIC DEPT or related field. X or more years of SPECIFIC BACKGROUND work experience in a production/manufacturing environment or a relevant equivalent experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee occasionally uses computer keyboards. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor occasionally.
