Beyond Energy is seeking a hands-on, in-office IT Support Specialist to support our Canadian operations from our Calgary office. This role will provide direct technical assistance to end users and help maintain the IT systems that power our day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 technologies and endpoint management.
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage hardware setup and user provisioning for onboarding and offboarding
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Configure and monitor devices using Microsoft Intune for compliance and security
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper lifecycle management
- Assist with local networking, connectivity, and office IT infrastructure as needed- 3+ years of IT support experience in an in-office or hybrid setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Hands-on experience with Intune, and on-premises Active Directory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize support requests effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
- MD-102: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- CompTIA A+: Foundational IT Support Certification- Additional Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are considered a strong asset
