We are a continuous casting aluminum rolling mill who established operations in 1984 and located in Fort Lupton Colorado, 35 miles north of downtown Denver. We are the proud owner of a patented casting process that supplies coiled aluminum sheet to the packaging and automotive markets with a broad range of alloys, thicknesses, and coatings. - $27+ per hour (Dependent on Qualifications)

- Provides support for users with desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Performs hardware setup, basic cable runs and routine troubleshooting
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, performs system maintenance and assists users with software installation, updates and configuration.
- Helps users understand and effectively use technology.
- Performs routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure reliability and performance.
- Monitors network and system alerts using existing tools; escalates potential security and/or system issues to senior IT staff or external partners as needed.
- Documents solutions, processes and common issues to improve team efficiency and user support.
- Communicates effectively with users, team members and vendors to resolve issues and coordinate improvements.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Position supports manufacturing facility that operates 24/7/365 and must be willing to be responsive as needed for urgent issues.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and server)
- Basic understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and research skills.
