Key Responsibilities:
•Technical Support: Assist customers with system-related problems, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
•Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth functioning of essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
•Administration of Microsoft 365 Endpoint Manager / Intune.
•IT project work: Lead small projects and assist in larger projects as assigned by IT Manager. Actively research, assess, and integrate emerging technologies, hardware, and software to keep Code Red Safety at the forefront of the industry.
•Specialized Support: Offer tailored support for our business-critical applications such as Dynamics 365 Business Central with RPM.
•Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, system software, configurations, and KB articles, using help desk software or other documentation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT role.
•Experience with help desk software and tools.
•Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration (Entra, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint)
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Strong written and phone-based customer service and communication skills.
•Proficiency in Windows operating system management, current equipment, and technologies.
•Exceptional attention to detail and advanced computer skills.
•High level of integrity in handling confidential company information.
•Willingness to travel up to 10% for company needs.
