Overview:

The IS Technical Services Team Manager is responsible for the execution of Retro-Commissioning and Commissioning services, for assigned projects, as efficiently and effectively as possible per budget, schedule, and quality requirements. The expectation is to drive project outcomes for retro-commissioning and relevant new construction commissioning scopes with a solutions-based approach and mind set. Will collaborate with the entire project delivery team including engineering and execution project executives, construction management, engineers, and trade partners to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. Responsible for leading and developing resources assigned to the IS Technical Services Team Manager. Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include:* Perform assigned duties in accordance with Bernhard safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications* Engineering Intern (EI) certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
