About the role:

We are actively searching for a Project Services intern to join and support our Project Services team in delivering efficient, well‑controlled, and well‑documented project execution. The role provides hands‑on exposure to project controls, contract administration, procurement support, and document control, while contributing to data accuracy, workflow coordination, and reporting quality.

The Internship is from May 4, 2026 to August 28, 2026.

Note: There is only one position available, based either in Toronto (hybrid mode) or in Quebec (remote work).

What You Need to Succeed

Responsibilities:

- Project Controls & Scheduling Support

- Assist with maintaining project schedules, milestones, and progress updates.

- Gather project performance data from systems such as EcoSys and Oracle Cloud.

- Support monthly forecasting cycles by consolidating inputs from project teams.

- Track project status changes and ensure updates are reflected in the appropriate systems

- Procurement & Vendor Support

- Support procurement activities such as purchase requisitions and supplier follow ups.

- Help verify procurement data accuracy in project systems.

- Assist with preparing procurement status reports or dashboards.

- Document Control

- Assist the document controller in daily tasks

- Receiving and filing transmittals

- Prepare transmittals to be issued

- General Operational Support

- Perform administrative tasks to support the department.

- Contribute to improving workflows, tools, checklists, and templates.

- Provide ad hoc support during peak project periods.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

- Currently enrolled in engineering program or a related field.

- Strong Excel skills (data and reporting tools - dashboards, etc.).

- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus

- Experience in data management is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus.

- Detail oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to tasks.

Salary Range: $18.25 - $29.34
