GVEC is looking to hire you for the position of Internet Services Field Supervisor to deliver the unexpected with a willingness to continuously develop yourself, your department, and our organization. As an Internet Services Field Supervisor, you will help supervise the operations of the Installation and Maintenance Technicians for both wireless and fiber.
The minimum starting pay for this role is $34.00/hr plus bonuses that are tied to a multitude of organizational benchmarks set forth annually. Pay will be determined by skills, qualifications and experience.
- Provide hands-on leadership by mentoring, supervising and training team members to support their development and performance
- Model and enforce safety standards while troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors and customers to ensure smooth operations and exceed expectations
- Make informed decisions under pressure and provide clear direction in fast-paced or changing environments
- Maintain a flexible schedule to lead and support your team as operational demands require
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence and hold others accountable
- Strong work ethic with a high level of personal integrity and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to lead discussions and give constructive feedback
- Skilled at managing priorities, adapting quickly and fostering a positive team environment
- Self-driven but highly collaborative, with a passion for helping others grow
