As a Marketing Support Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting real marketing initiatives while helping the team stay organized, efficient, and on track. This role is a great opportunity to build foundational marketing and project coordination skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations by assisting with project coordination, campaign tracking, and administrative tasks
- Help manage marketing workflows and timelines using tools such as Microsoft Planner or similar tracking systems
- Assist with the creation and formatting of marketing materials, including social media content, email templates, and basic digital or print assets
- Support campaign execution efforts, including organizing assets, coordinating timelines, and assisting with testing and updates
- Track and compile basic reporting on campaign performance, timelines, and project status
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and strategy team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently
- Assist with ad hoc marketing requests and smaller, unplanned tasks that support overall team capacity
This role plays an important part in supporting the marketing team's ability to deliver campaigns and initiatives effectively. By helping manage workflows, organize projects, and support execution, this position allows the broader team to focus on higher-level strategy and deliverables.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Junior or Senior standing in college
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in marketing, project coordination, or communications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exposure to tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms is a plus
Pay Range:
$18.06 - $22.07 per hour, based on academic level and experience
(Juniors/Seniors typically align near the midpoint of the range)
