Moffitt Services is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This person will focus on creating and maintaining superior customer service, both externally and internally by processing orders received from customers via telephone, text, E-mail or from a company employee.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders according to customer specifications; communicate updates, relay changes, and resolve issues to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Enter orders accurately into database systems or complete necessary documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing timely and appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and proactively follow up on potential leads.
- Assist prospective customers with onboarding and order placement, guiding them through the process.
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members and management in a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor customers’ accounts for signs of disengagement or dissatisfaction, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with key accounts to reinforce customer loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value or long-standing clients, ensuring consistent support and communication.
- Resolve account-related issues quickly and effectively to minimize churn and maintain trust.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless and positive customer experience.
- Analyze retention metrics and customer feedback to recommend improvements to processes, products, or services.
- Develop personalized retention strategies tailored to different customer segments.
- Maintain detailed records of account interactions, feedback, and renewal timelines using CRM systems.
- Support customer re-engagement efforts through targeted campaigns or special offers when necessary.
Education
At a minimum, a High School diploma plus some advanced education/training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess extensive experience (at least 3-5 years) in customer service/inside sales.
Relocation
This position is not eligible for relocation.

Work Schedule/Benefits
This position is on-site Monday through Friday.
Available to work 1 weekend per month for “On Call” program. Some overtime may be required during storm or emergency events.
