We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who’s committed to accuracy, customer satisfaction, and keeping orders moving smoothly from start to finish.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert for processing inbound requests—from parts orders and warranty claims to new unit sales for our existing customers. You’ll gather the right information, diagnose product specifications, and ensure every detail is correct before it hits the field. Your work will have a direct impact on how efficiently our customers can operate.
- Process inbound parts orders (~1,000 annually)
- Manage warranty claims (~400 annually)
- Process new unit sales to existing customers (~100 annually)
- Confirm order details with a focus on accuracy—no errors
Information Gathering & Order Setup (~300 orders annually)
- Collect and verify key order details:
- Location information
- Unit types and sensors
- Shipping location
- Alarms, reports, and user setup
- Configuration scripts and installer details
- Diagnose product specifications based on customer descriptions
- All orders processed accurately with no errors
- Positive customer feedback and strong rapport with clients
- Smooth handoffs to operations and field teams with all information complete
- Quick turnaround time on parts, warranty, and new unit requests- 1+ years in sales or account management a definite asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
- Friendly, professional communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Quick learner, detail oriented who can absorb technical product information and apply it effectively
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple software platforms
- Experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service (oil & gas or industrial IoT is a bonus)
