Job Description

A-Rent Test Equipment (a-rent.com), founded in Chicago in 2019, rents specialized electrical test equipment nationwide across our 3 US locations.

Our business is experiencing rapid growth, and we are currently hiring an Inside Sales & Logistics Administrator. The ability to work accurately and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The Inside Sales & Logistics Administrator’s responsibilities will include:

•

Adaptability to manage tasks in a high volume and detailed work environment.

•

Utilize logistics vendor systems (FedEx, UPS, SWA Cargo, etc) for shipping cost estimates, tracking and problem resolution

•

Develop a strong sense of A-Rent’s customer base, rental fleet and industry terminology

•

Consistently deliver clear and professional written and verbal communication to our valued clients

•

Ability to retain and recall large quantities of part numbers with accuracy

Qualifications

•

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

•

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

•

Experience with NetSuite CRM & ERP systems is highly desirable

•

Background in delivery logistics is a strong plus

Pay range is $20-$25 per hour, based on experience level.
