Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the inside sales function including proposal management, sales execution, and customer management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing proposal processes, internal operations, and ensuring customer and partner support related to commercial sales. Coordination with the orders management and delivery teams will be essential for delivering seamless and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
•Engage with potential clients through various sales channel including manufacturer reps, resellers, electrical contractors, and end users. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing responsive and complete support. Follow up with commercial team and partners to ensure commercial continuity and growth.
•Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions for quotes to sales orders to order fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information for proposals, including technical specifications, BOM, pricing, and project timelines.
•Generate submittal packages for customer approvals.
•Enter purchase orders based on customer specifications and equipment, software, and services ordered.
•Manage inbound leads process, qualification, and coordination with internal sales team and assigned channel partners.
•Manage the proposal tracking system and provide regular updates on the status of proposals leveraging the enterprise CRM tool. Implement CRM best practices to enhance customer relationship management and sales effectiveness.
•Act as a liaison between the sales team, orders management, and customer service teams to streamline communication and ensure a seamless customer experience including order status, order updates, and change order management. Collaborate with the customer to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing exceptional service throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Work closely with the orders management team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders related to BOM and price management.
•Generate reports and analytics from CRM data, with a specific focus on corporate requirements, effective sales management, and other critical areas of support. Lead sales pipeline, revenue, and fulfilment meetings with executive leadership, commercial, and internal stakeholders to drive visibility for planning purposes
•Implement pricing models based on corporate price updates, new product releases including management of price list for internal and external distribution and CRM price list.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree, Electrical engineering preferred.
