Inside Sales Technician

Seeking a highly motivated inside sales technician at our Oil City, PA facility. The position is accountable for understanding the customer product requirements and building relevant price quotes, while gaining any competitive feedback and/or order preferences from the customer base.

The chosen candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, the inside sales team, outside sales managers and other departments/personnel within the organization.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer-facing roles. Knowledge of stainless and nickel products and their applications, including knowledge of the Specialty Steel Industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Applicant should have sales experience & must be proficient in Word, Excel & various software programs.
