Inside Sales Specialist
Since 1974, Stock Manufacturing & Design has been a family run business with roots on the west side of Cincinnati. We have continued to grow with facilities in Cleves, Fairfield, and Harrison.
We have talent and experience in fabrication within the steel fabrication and material handling industries and are in search of a motivated, self-efficient individual as a Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will align with our core values and bring a servant leader mentality to everything they do! This Inside Sales Specialist will be based out of our Cleves location.
Job Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist will serve as a “Customer Experience Expert” and plays a crucial role in managing key customer accounts and building upon those relationships with key clients. The primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, build and grow relationships, and foster a “5 star” customer experience through effective communication and relationship building. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with outside sales to maximize the value of the organization’s offerings and drive revenue growth.
This role and its duties will continue to evolve over time and has the potential to develop into a more focused sales role for someone who has an interest in that path.
Job Duties
•Serves as a “Customer Experience Expert”.
•Supports the outside sales team in meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
•Help build, develop and maintain the company CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
•Manages CRM reporting data that will serve as a tool for decision making in both upstream and downstream processes.
•Acts as liaison between the client and internal teams, effectively communicates and plans with various stakeholders.
•Serves as the lead for account issue resolution.
•Works with various departments to plan, coordinate, and execute opportunities, (timeline commitments, resource availability, deliverables, quotes).
•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•Prepare accurate and timely price quotations based on customer requirements.
•Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quotes align with technical specifications and timelines.
•Address any issues/challenges related to order management or planning and provide scheduling timelines to Operations.
Candidate Requirements
•1-3 years of sales experience preferred
•Estimating and quoting experience in a similar industry would be preferred
•Previous experience/understanding of material handling process, manufacturing/production/sheet metal industry
•High School diploma with industry experience required, Associate degree/Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office/TEAMS, ERP systems, CRM highly preferred
•Must be an approachable, hands-on servant leader, who behaves with a growth mindset for self and team
