What You'll Do Every Day:

- Your role as the friendly internal account coordinator for chosen clientele

- Stimulate growth by cultivating new clients and elevating existing relationships

- Master the art of consultative selling and clinch deals

- Enhance your knowledge of both our products and the industry at large

- Prepare quotes, ensure accurate order processing, and facilitate the sales and distribution flow

- Share invaluable sales insights with district management and external sales team

- Champion on-time, top-quality delivery of customer orders

- Collaborate with departments to swiftly address and resolve any delivery or product discrepancies

- Deliver tailored customer service that champions satisfaction

- Lend a supportive hand to fellow Inside Sales Representatives when called for.

Your Core Qualifications:

- Over 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the steel industry

- Exceptional communication—oral, written, and presentational prowess

- Driven, competitive, with a zest for self-improvement

- Attention to detail

- Strong rapport-building skills

- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through training and experience.

- Upon offer of employment, candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
