Summary of Position
We’re looking for someone who can sell, ship, count, and keep our operation running smoothly. You’ll handle inside sales, shipping & receiving, cycle counts, and step in to support the manager when needed. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on quality work, knows the hose industry, and is ready to start small and grow big with us. Earn based on your experience, with commission that grows as you do.
- Drive sales with existing and new customers, providing top-notch service
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Keep workspaces and inventory organized
- Jump in to support the manager and team wherever needed
- Spot opportunities, take initiative, and follow through
- Prior hose industry experience (required)
- Sales and inventory know-how
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality
