We are presently hiring for an Inside Sales Assistant position for an international manufacturer of Rolling Door systems based in New York.
The ideal candidate has sales and/or customer service experience; excellent phone etiquette with an outgoing personality.
We are looking for a teamplayer who is a motivated, self-starter to service both new and existing customers, who can accelerate our growing our customer base.
Skills and Experience
•Have a sales aptitude and willing to learn intricate products.
•Professional phone presence and experience with dozens of customer inquiries per day
•Proficient with computers and basic software tools.
•Strong listening and communication skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
•Microsoft Office and Computer skills required
•CRM experience are a plus
Main Job Functions:
Support Sales Team with the following tasks
•Answer inbound sales inquiries via telephone
•Record information from customers inquiries
•Assist with fulfilling estimate requests
•Assist with project takeoffs and product specifications
•Assist with generating RFI's to architects, engineers and customers when necessary
•Provide prompt service to customer inquiries/requests
•Understand customer needs/requirements and provide prompt communication/resolution to problems
•Assist sales team with closing sales and achieve quarterly/annual quotas
•Assist with maintain and expanding Alpine's database of prospects
•Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales member for further development and closure
