Inside Sale Representative

Titan Utility Services is seeking a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative.

This position plays a key role in supporting our customers, preparing accurate quotes, and actively driving sales through follow-up and outreach. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident communicating with customers, and proactive in helping us grow our presence across the electrical utility industry.

- Prepare and submit accurate quotes for tools, PPE, and safety products

- Follow up on open quotes with customers to answer questions and close sales

- Reach out to existing customers regularly to ask if they need support, product info, or assistance with upcoming projects

- Promote current deals, specials, or product lines through email outreach, phone calls, and flyers

- Send out promotional materials, new product announcements, and monthly specials to key accounts

- Maintain and update customer contact lists and call logs

- Support outside sales reps by identifying opportunities, gathering intel, and helping coordinate follow-up

- Build strong relationships with purchasing agents, warehouse managers, and field crews

- Double-check outgoing orders for accuracy against quotes

- Document and report discrepancies or issues with orders

- Help maintain consistency and clarity across all quotes and order confirmations

- Keep sales templates, pricing sheets, and product info current and organized

-Assist with creating and sending marketing emails, seasonal promotions, or product spotlights

- Help coordinate customer-specific pricing files and quote history

- Contribute ideas for improving the customer experience and increasing quote conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or quoting (B2B preferred)

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills — both written and verbal

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with repeat customers

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel; able to quickly learn quoting tools or ERP software

- Experience in the electrical utility or safety industry is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
