About the Role

We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to support our multi-shift manufacturing operation. This role is critical to ensuring consistent part quality, efficient cycle times, and stable processing across a wide range of materials and tooling.

Openings are available for:

- 1st Shift

- 2nd Shift

- 3rd Shift

This is a hands-on position, ideal for individuals who take pride in troubleshooting, process optimization, and maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and processes

- Establish and maintain robust, repeatable processes

- Monitor part quality and make process adjustments as needed

- Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality standards

- Work with a variety of materials, including PP, ABS, HDPE, Nylon, and engineered resins

- Identify and resolve molding defects (warp, sink, burn, short shots, etc.)

- Perform mold changes and assist with preventive maintenance

- Document and update process parameters and setup sheets

- Collaborate with supervisors, QC, and maintenance teams

- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

Qualifications

- 3+ years of injection molding processing experience (required)

- Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with scientific molding principles preferred

- Experience with a variety of presses (50–700+ ton range is a plus)

- Ability to read and understand process sheets and work instructions

- Knowledge of material behavior and processing windows

- Comfortable working independently on off shifts

- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
