This position will require on-site presence 2-3 days per week. The preferred location for this position is New Orleans, LA. Other acceptable locations include The Woodlands, TX; Jackson, MS; or Little Rock, AR. Other locations are not approved. Candidates who cannot meet this requirement will not be considered. Within IT's Workplace and Infrastructure Services department, the Infrastructure Applications team provides multiple critical enterprise services. We support a wide range of tools to provide monitoring, batch control, DevSecOps, database, capacity planning, and other services to the enterprise. (The scope of this position will include all aforementioned services with the exception of database operations.)
The service delivery manager over this group would be responsible for leading co-sourced teams consisting of both employees and contracted resources. This manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the services provided by their teams as well as managing and optimizing all costs associated with those services. Working closely with other teams in a multi-vendor, multi-shore environment, the manager must help to foster cooperation between teams to solve complex problems and continuously improve customer experience.
