In collaboration with peers in CTS and throughout ALLETE, the Manager – Enterprise Applications leads and supervises the team to design, procure, implement and maintain ALLETE’s enterprise applications, ensuring reliability, availability, accuracy, security and resilience. Working within the ALLETE enterprise architecture framework, they will collaboratively develop and execute a strategic plan for the applications they support (on-premise and cloud), ensuring they continue to address changing business needs and technology risks. Responsibilities
+ Strong technical background in project management, application design, implementation, and maintenance preferred. + Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards preferred (SOX, NIST/CIS, NERC CIP).
