The Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure Engineering leads the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Badger’s IT infrastructure. This role exists to ensure the efficient and effective operation of IT services, focusing on automating infrastructure services and enabling self-service provisioning in public cloud solutions. By continuously improving IT processes and outcomes, this position supports the organization’s goals. Collaboration across teams, such as Application Development, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security, is essential to drive cloud and platform adoption and process maturity.
