Role Definition
We are seeking a skilled
IT Analyst
to join our
Workplace Services ITS Team at Broken Arrow
to provide support to the End Users. Frequent inter- and intra- organizational contact with multi-department users and supervision, in addition to suppliers. This position contributes by leveraging to acutely understand Information systems’ needs and requirements in producing professional quality systems and services. Good communication and leadership skills, tasked with lead solutions to support business requests.

Responsibilities
•Responds to user inquiries concerning System Operations and troubleshoots Hardware, Software and Operator problems using ITSM systems to manage incidents and requests.
•Provides analysis or support for various technologies.
•Identify and communicate noticeable trends affecting IT technologies/solutions.
•Support company-wide operations by creating, editing, and maintaining IT Knowledge. submitted through multiple platforms.
•Interact with end-users to provide support or implement technical solutions.
•Familiar with preventative maintenance within specified guidelines and procedures.
•Keep up to date IT inventory Hardware and Software assets.
•Execute hardware retirement and scrap process for IT hardware.
•Ensure IT devices meet Corporate Security Standards.
•Manage software and OS patch remediation (Yellow and Red Security Alerts) following guidelines from Cybersecurity.
•Create guidelines, policies, and procedures to improve velocity in response.
•Interact with hardware, software, and services vendors.
•Assisting the CAT GIS in implementing corporate network cabling and devices
•Lead the Cybersecurity Assessments, create or update LTAs, perform Business Triages, and assist with other tasks and activities related to Cybersecurity to support Business projects.
•Complete firewall and VLAN process and implementation and assist with other tasks and activities related to Network to support Business projects.
•Analyze, research, and resolve complex end user escalation incidents or issues
•Develop processes or process improvements to enhance infrastructure availability and reliability.
•Provide project leadership on small and medium Business, Solar or CAT projects
•Assist leadership with developing annual goals for areas of expertise
•Develop and reports scorecards and metrics to departmental and business unit leaders & stakeholders
•Assists and coaches junior and senior staff in analyzing problems and interpreting specifications
•Be available off-shift and weekend to attend and response for any emergency situations such as P1 or P2.
•Proficient with technologies assigned to this role.
•Works without close supervision.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
•At least 5+ years of experience.
•In deep knowledge and experience in current technology and tools, infrastructure requirements, computing hardware and software.
•Good knowledge of MS O365 and Operating Systems.
•Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
•Demonstrate very good communication skills and initiative.
•Broad knowledge of Solar business, products, systems, and procedures.
•Able to work independently without close supervision.
•Ability to build and manage relationships.
•This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
Summary Pay Range:
$108,834.00 - $163,252.00
