Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic business decisions and drive performance improvements.

Essential Duties:

•

Utilize advanced SQL querying techniques to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and external APIs.

•

Design and develop robust data models and analytical solutions to support business reporting and decision-making processes.

•

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, ML Models, and visualizations using tools within the Fabric platform such as Power BI, Data Factory, and Data Science via Synapse.

•

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide valuable insights into business performance and Mesa engine behavior.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.

•

Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting.

•

Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization techniques, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance analytical capabilities.

•

Education:

Required:

•

Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year university

Preferred:

•

Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, data science, finance, or a related and 3+ years of relevant work experience

Experience:

Required:

•

Proficient in data processing using SQL, Python, and other relevant technologies.

•

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms like Google.

•

Cloud Platform.

•

Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017.

•

Proficient in data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights.

•

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

•

Honorably discharged service veterans.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
