What You’ll Do:
As an IT Analyst I, you will:
•Provide technical and administrative support for company networks, ensuring smooth operations and security.
•Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Support for network and computer systems, resolving issues efficiently.
•Assist in data backup administration for assigned systems and secondary support for Meter Reading software.
•Contribute to the planning, design, and development of new applications and enhancements to existing ones.
•Facilitate new user orientation and manage equipment deployments.
•Collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to define requirements, identify system goals, and resolve business system issues.
•Maintain and update servers and computers regularly.
•Prepare requisitions for necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
•Uphold the security of department equipment and company files.
•Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring reliable technical support.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
•A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and familiarity with standard office equipment.
•Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching, along with experience in firewall configuration and management.
•A commitment to handling proprietary information with confidentiality and professionalism.
