Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. The BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, experienced with BI tools, and capable of communicating complex information clearly to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

•

Designing and building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

•

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop relevant KPIs and metrics.

•

Providing data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, sales performance, customer experience, etc.

•

Maintaining and improving existing BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.

•

Assisting in data governance initiatives and documentation of data definitions, logic, and processes.

•

Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth based on data analysis.

Qualifications

To join our team:

•

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

•

You have 2+ years of experience in a similar BI or data analyst role.

•

You are proficient in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

•

You have strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.

•

You are able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

•

You are bilingual in English and French
