Our organization is in need of an experienced Industrial Painter. The right candidate will be responsible for applying finishes and coatings to metal surfaces, industrial structures, and equipment using various techniques and tools. This position requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to work in industrial environments, and a solid understanding of painting processes, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
•Disassemble, clean, and reassemble paint guns (e.g., Graco), ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
•Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed before painting.
•Apply coatings and paints evenly using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other specialized tools.
•Inspect surfaces before and after painting for any imperfections and ensure that all areas are coated according to quality standards.
•Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment, including wearing protective gear and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
•Manage and track paint supplies, ensuring that materials are available when needed and stored correctly.
•Maintain a clean work area and equipment, including proper storage of tools and regular paint gun cleaning.
•Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
•Ensure all tasks are completed with precision and in line with DENIOS' high-quality standards.
Requirements:
•Strong knowledge of various paint types, coatings, and application methods.
•Proficiency in using and maintaining paint guns, including disassembly and cleaning (Graco paint guns experience preferred).
•Understanding of surface preparation techniques (e.g., sanding, priming) and the ability to identify and correct imperfections.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
