Position Description:

Job Title: Painter/Blast Yard Technician

Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Painters and Sandblasters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of industrial experience, knowledge of industrial paints, and the ability to mix and apply coatings effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Painting: Apply industrial paints to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes.

2. Sandblasting: Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for painting.

3. Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion and finish.

4. Material Handling: Handle and mix paints, coatings, and other materials according to specifications.

Requirements:

1. Experience: At least 3 years of industrial painting and sandblasting experience.

2. Industrial Paint Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial paints, coatings, and application methods.

3. Safety Protocols: Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy materials, and work at heights.
