General Description

● Perform surface preparations for items to be painted.

● Mix and apply paint per Job/Project specifications and requirements.

● Able to operate blast equipment and Wheelabrator or willingness to learn.

● Able to read and interpret blueprints or willingness to learn.

● Able to operate airless pump/sprayer.

● Able to operate conventional paint pots.

Work Experience Requirements

● Must display Safe work habits.

● This is an advanced level position and requires this individual to have knowledge of and the ability to implement SSPC specifications and requirements.

● Must be proficient at all hand prep processes.

● Must be proficient at the application of paint and the touch up of paint.

● Must have basic understanding of QMS.

● Must have basic understanding of order fulfillment.

● Start cross training to help in other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
