Job Summary: Ability to manually dip / paint parts in accordance with production schedule.
Duties / Responsibilities
•Capable of working on your feet for 10 hours constantly handling / flipping / rotating varying lengths of assembled parts and or frames.
•Required to manually lift and submerge assembled parts into wet paint tanks then stack for drying.
•Required to remove painted parts and place them into racks or onto pallets.
•Perform quality inspections and daily viscosity testing.
•Required to meet run rates and daily production goals assigned by supervisor or team leader.
•Correctly enter completed work onto daily check sheets.
•Follow good housekeeping practices, maintaining a clean and safe working environment which may include the use of pneumatic hand tools.
•Active participant in Continuous Improvement Projects
•Any other duties as may be assigned, including assisting in production as required.

•Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
•Strong attention to detail
Education and Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•2 – 3 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
•Forklift certification, ability to be forklift certified.
Physical Requirements
•Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
•Must be able to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance.
•Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
•Frequently lift and/or move 50lbs.
· May occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
Work Environment
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed wet, slick surfaces.
· Safety glasses and face shield are required in working area.
· Steel or composite toe shoes/boots are required in working area.

Pay: $16.25 - $17.25 per hour
