Welspun's Little Rock facilities are state-of-the-art and one of their kinds in technology for producing pipes for oil and gas.
The Spiral mill has diversified sizes ranging from 24 to 60 inches as outer diameter (OD) and 0.23 to 1 inch as wall thickness (WT), as well as coating and double jointing capabilities, our facilities provide a one-stop solution to valued oil and gas customers in and around the United States.
The HFW mill is a fully automatic and integrated mill capable of producing pipes ranging in diameter 6 5/8th inch to 20” and wall thickness from 0.158” to 0.551” in. The Arkansas facilities employ more than 800 people.

We are seeking dedicated and individuals to join our team in one of the following roles:
- Machine Operators for steel manufacturing plant - CNC preferred; Edge mill machine, welding machines and Hydro tester are a few examples.
- Quality Inspectors & Operators - inspection of the pipes as they go through each step in the manufacturing process to include the application of a powder coating
- Welders - Tack repair welders, GMAW, SMAW and plasma cutting operatorsThese roles involve working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to support the assembly, processing, and quality assurance of various products. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Due to the type of facility and product that we make, it is very important that all applicants have an understanding of steel pipe manufacturing with the ability to work in the industrial environment.*
We do not "assemble" any parts or hire for inventory control - all of our plant operation roles are directly related to operating the machinery or a relative skilled task that requires hands on work and dedication within safety guidelines.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specified standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Document production activities accurately and report any issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or prior manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with manufacturing equipment, basic mechanical skills, or previous experience in industrial production environments
