Position Summary:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

•

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

•

Conduct preventive maintenance checks, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.

•

Utilize precision tools and diagnostic equipment to assess machine conditions.

•

Perform welding, fabrication, and minor machining as needed for repairs.

•

Assist in the installation of new equipment and modifications to existing systems.

•

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all repairs and services.

•

Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

•

Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and other team members to prioritize tasks and maintenance schedules.

•

Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs efficiently.

•

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored.

Requirements:

•

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

•

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

•

Proficiency with tools, welding, and basic fabrication.

•

Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and rotating equipment.

•

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver's license.

•

Basic computer skills, including knowledge of maintenance management software.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Physical Requirements:

•

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

•

Capable of standing, bending, and working in confined spaces for extended periods.

•

Comfortable working at heights and in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise).

•

Willingness to work overtime and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
