We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and keep our high-performance equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Preventive Maintenance:

•

Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and support systems.

•

Lubricate moving parts, clean critical components, and replace worn or defective items to minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

•

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in industrial equipment.

•

Use technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently.

Installations & Modifications:

•

Support installation of new equipment and system upgrades to enhance productivity and safety.

Safety & Compliance:

•

Strictly follow all TSC and OSHA safety standards.

•

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Documentation:

•

Record maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance using TSC’s systems for accurate tracking and compliance.

What You Bring:

•

Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

•

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

•

Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and time management skills.

•

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

•

Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

•

Regular use of hands for tools and equipment, with frequent standing, walking, kneeling, or crouching.

•

Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally over 100 lbs with assistance.

•

Capable of working in various plant conditions (heat, noise, confined spaces).

•

Visual acuity requirements include color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
