Industrial Instrument Repairer Helper

Job Details:

- Shift:Various shift schedules available

- Compensation:$23.00 to 36.00per hour (To be negotiated)

- Working Hours:40-60 hours per week

- Overtime:Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis

- Position:Permanent, full time

- Language:English

- Relocation Pay:$5,000 is available to candidates relocating from over 100 km away.$2,500 will be paid on the first paycheque, and the remaining $2,500 will be paid on the second paycheque.

Job Duties:

- Move tools, equipment and other materials

- Hold stakes during surveying activities

- Signal safety procedures to other workers and to the general public

- Clean machines and immediate work areas

- Assist skilled tradespersons and perform labouring activities in the installation, maintenance and repair of industrial machinery

Requirements:

- Must possess construction and maintenanceinstrumentation experience.

- Candidates must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) to be considered

- Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.

- Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).

- Excellent communication skills.

- A demonstrated ability to work safely.

- A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.

- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
