Local manufacturer seeking a Customer Account Manager to assist customers in all aspects of the order process. Industrial experience preferred. You will confirm accuracy of the customers purchase orders, enter orders received, assist in all phases of customer service, including communication during the manufacturing process, as well as follow up after delivery. Be able to handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues and maintain a positive relationship between both parties. Ability to interact with various manufacturing and administrative departments as needed. Must be organized and detail oriented. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. 2 year degree preferred. This is a heavy manufacturing environment, not retail.
