Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
•Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
•Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
•Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and expand the customer base.
•Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
•Utilize CRM for tracking account activity, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
•Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
•Proven experience in technology sales or technical account management.
•Electrical Testing and Maintenance a plus.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
•Proficient in using Monday or similar CRM software for account management.
•Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
•Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
•Ability to conduct warm calling and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
