Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Representatives (inside / outside sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and business development, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
Duties
•Research / identify potential high voltage asset owners, utilities, power generators, and industrial sites in defined regions and nationally
•Produce sales from client initiation, quoting, coordinating, billing and after service communication.
•Arrange meetings (in person and online) and present to target clients
•Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions
•Meet annual sales targets
•Communicate with Senior field supervisor to arrange site visits
•Maintain strong communication between internal teams and external clients
•Support operations as needed
•Utilize MS Office products
•Support the pre-qualification process for new and existing clients
•Collaborate and communicate effectively with company stakeholders plans and targets
•Represent the company professionally
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
•Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand the client base.
•Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
Skills
•Proven experience in account management with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in high voltage sales and client relations
•Knowledge of power transformers, breakers and other high voltage equipment
•An apologetic drive for sales growth
•Ability to operate independently and collaboratively
•Experience using Salesforce CRM, MS Office and other online tools.
•Confident and professional in communication with a positive demeanor
•Comfortable managing a flexible schedule
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
