Key Responsibilities:

- Generate New Leads & Close Sales: Proactively reach out to potential customers while also following up on company-provided leads to drive new business.

- In-Home Consultations: Assess customer needs, present tailored lighting solutions, and close sales that meet their desires and budget.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

- Provide Stellar Customer Service: From initial consultation to post-installation, ensure each customer has an outstanding experience.

Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: Home improvement sales experience is preferred, but a strong desire to succeed and a passion for learning is essential!

- Self-Starter: A driven, independent, and results-focused mindset is crucial to succeed in this role.

- Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll need to be an excellent listener, communicator, and relationship builder.

- Technical Understanding: Ability to quickly learn the features and benefits of our unique lighting solutions.

- Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit and passion for helping customers enhance their living spaces.
